Objective:To measure & monitore Safety system performance and meet HSEQ objectives
Experience:3 – 5 years
Experience Within KESC:1-2 years
Qualification:Bachelors of Engineering (Electrical / Electronics)
Skills:• Knowledge of the core business of KE i.e., Distribution, Generation, Grid & Transmission • Excellent analysis and problem solving skills • able to carry out Trend analysis
Specialized Area:Corporate HSEQ and compliance and implementation of its relevant standards. Analysis of accidents and risk assessment.

 Manager-Corporate HSEQShow Details
Post Name:Manager-Corporate HSEQ
Objective:To develop a preventive and predictive methodology for accident prevention and to Meet HSEQ objectives
Experience:4 – 7 years
Experience Within KESC:2-3 years
Qualification:Bachelors of Engineering (Electrical / Electronics)
Skills:• Knowledge of the core business of KE i.e., Distribution, Generation, Grid & Transmission • Knowledge of Basic Safety regulatory and other requirements • Excellent analysis and problem solving skills
Specialized Area:Carrying out Safety audits and risk assessment. Monitoring the compliance and implementation of HSEQ standards and regulations.

 GM Project ProcurementShow Details
Post Name:GM Project Procurement
Objective:Plan, develop, optimize, organize, direct, manage, evaluate and are accountable, or responsible for all activities of project procurement to ensure on time placing of contracts/ Purchase Orders and providing services at optimum cost.
Experience:8-10 years
Experience Within KESC:Minimum 2 years
Qualification:MBA from accredited local/foreign university or BE Electrical Engineering
Skills:• In depth working knowledge and hands on experience of Grid systems, HV and EHT UG and OH Transmission NW • Understanding of the SCADA systems and its integration with Grids and LDC • Excellent analysis and problem solving skills • Ambitious, self motivated and have leadership skills • Strong negotiating and networking skills
Specialized Area:• Perform prequalification processes to bring new contractors having good repute for healthy competition • Manage the daily operations of the Project Procurement to ensure that the service requirements of the company are met in a timely, efficient, and effective manner • Prepare and monitor departmental budget on annual basis. Analyze and identify future budgetary requirements required to achieve department and company’s strategic objectives • Expand competitive & reliable supplier base globally, leading to timely delivery, high quality and competitive prices • Provide the cost/benefit analysis of purchasing for negotiations with vendors. Assist local distributors and manufacturers by developing projections of material requirements • Maintain / reduce the cycle time from demand to supply • Cross-functional coordination with User Group and Finance to streamline activities • Ensure compliance to procurement procedure / policies and review them annually • Assist Supervisor in high
